West Virginia is a good state for ATVs and other off-highway vehicles (OHVs). The mountains and foothills of the Appalachians dominate the eastern side of the state. In the west, you have the Ohio River and all the hills and valleys surrounding it. You don't need to go anywhere in particular to find a fun off-road trail or overgrown forest road to explore. If you know where to look, you can find a few spots that are absolutely unforgettable.
